Welcome to Venoir. By accessing or using our website (tryvenoir.com) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and purchasing our products or membership services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Products

Venoir sells physical, printed books, including our flagship title: a large-print edition of the Ethiopian Orthodox Bible, featuring the full 88-book canon in extra-large type with illustrations throughout. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are believed to be accurate, but we do not warrant that all content on the website is complete, current, or error-free. Minor variations in printing, binding, or illustration placement may occur between printings.

3. Orders, Pricing and Payment

By providing payment information, you authorize Venoir to charge your payment method for the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping, at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information and to keep that information up to date. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of a product.

4. VIP Membership 

At checkout, you may be enrolled in the Venoir VIP membership, a separate, optional recurring subscription program offered alongside the one-time purchase of your book.

• How it works: Your membership begins immediately after enrollment and will automatically renew and bill each month until you cancel. Charges are separate from, and in addition to, the one-time price of your book order.
• How to cancel: You may cancel your VIP membership at any time, with no cancellation fee, by emailing support@tryvenoir.com or by using the cancellation method provided in your order confirmation or account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
• Your responsibility: It is your responsibility to review the membership terms presented at billings and terms and conditions. To cancel in advance of your next billing date if you no longer wish to continue.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund requests for book purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. Requests to cancel or refund VIP membership charges are handled under Section 4 above. Please contact support@tryvenoir.com to initiate any return, refund, or cancellation request.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality or security.
• Misrepresent your identity or payment information.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or disputes filed in bad faith for goods actually received.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Venoir or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. The underlying religious texts reproduced in our books are historical and public domain works; our specific typesetting, formatting, illustrations, and packaging are original to this edition.

Our products are books intended for reading, study, and devotional use. They are not intended as, and nothing on this website constitutes, religious, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind. The website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venoir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, website, or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Venoir for the applicable order or membership charge giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services, including your VIP membership, at our sole discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website, and your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
